Delivery is by Colissimo Service in the Post Office or by EMS service.

After order confirmation, undertakes to ship the product (s) by carrier according to buyer’s choice. This carrier, in turn, undertakes to deliver the order to the buyer’s address, which the latter will submit to

The products are transmitted on the risks and risks of the recipient. The latter, upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier or the person making the delivery, must verify the quality and condition of the goods. Delivery to the customer is done by delivering the product to the declared recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer.

You have 48 hours to notify and make any reservations with the carrier in the event of product loss or damage resulting from our responsibility.

For reasons of availability and packing, the order can be delivered multiple times to the customer. The customer does not pay for just one delivery. If a customer desires two delivery locations, he places two orders, with delivery costs associated with them. In the event that the requested item is not available, shall inform the customer that it is not available within 48 working hours, and deliver the relevant order within 30 days of the order confirmation.
