Terms Refund

– We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you want to make a return or refund, all the information you need is one click away!

– Disputes cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether physical, immaterial or physical, that may result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold. It’s the same for potential product modifications from the manufacturers. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company for an amicable solution.

– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Unless defective, this must be within 14 days and you should return it to us, preferably to the original purchase store.

– If the unwanted item is returned as sold and accompanied by the original receipt within a 14-day period, we can refund you in full with the original payment method, or offer you a replacement if the original purchase was made with a credit / debit card, then this card must be present Physical and available when the recovery process takes place.

– Refunds will be refused for items returned without original receipt.

– We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy, if the merchandise is not resalable, as is the case with sale. Sold condition means that the merchandise is unopened, in its original packaging with all documentation, and that the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused.

– We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance / previous offer / sold items as seen.

– If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount for the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.

– Refunds will be made via the payment method that you used to make the online purchase. Usually, refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned merchandise
